Neo Bio Energy informs about the forecast level of the Issuer’s financial liabilities as at the last day of the next financial year, prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Bonds Act.

The forecast financial liabilities are as follows:

• at the standalone (company) level: approximately PLN 115 million,
• at the consolidated group level: approximately PLN 300 million.

The above figures are forecasts and have been prepared based on current assumptions regarding the operational activity as well as the financial plans of Neo Bio Energy.
